When we were in Middleburg on Sunday, I left my camera in the car and snapped these pictures with my cell phone.
I was surprised to see a family crossing the street with a miniature horse and even more surprised when they walked it in and out of a shop! It turned out that the animal is in training to be a "therapy horse." It will visit nursing homes and such to offer cheer to residents.

It is really great to see your photos of Middleburg Linda. This is a town I visit frequently throughout the year, and one of my favorite places. Never seen anything like the little service pony, that's very special. Lovely to see the town through your camera lens. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea a therapy horse is and how kind the little girl is to share her pony with others.
