Frank's sister is visiting and wanted to visit a historic home so we took her to Oatlands near Leesburg a few days ago. The gardens are lovely!
I went there with a garden club in 2010 and Frank was there many years ago, but it's worth seeing more than once.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous flowers.
ReplyDeleteWe went to Oatlands last year, I want to go back again. Such a pleasant place to be, walking around the grounds. The tour was wonderful, beautiful place.
Different colors evoke different emotions. I think "tickle me pink" is an apt description of how pink makes a person feel! :-) Lovely pink flowers!
ReplyDeleteNow that's what I call a vase of flowers.. pink roses, so pretty!
ReplyDeleteLots of pretty in pink here for sure. Those middle flowers are my favorite. Do you know what they are?
ReplyDeleteIda, I'm afraid I don't know what the middle ones are. Perhaps someone else will identify them.
