Blogging Since 2005 |
Most of my new visitors come via a Google search, a lesser number arrive via other search engines, a few come through City Daily Photo, and a handful via other blogs, particularly the splendid photo blog Fotodienorascio Parastese.
The most frequent search terms that brought readers over the past month covered a wide range of topics:
- Frampton Plantation [SC]
- Fort Mulligan in Petersburg WV
- Native birds in Virginia
- Colonial whitesmith
- Zoo animals
- Castle in Timberville
- Images of grist mill in McConnell's State Park [PA]
- Tea allergy
Well, happy blogiversary! :) 3700 is quite a lot of posts!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit, today, too! :)
2005! awesome! congrats on 3700 and many more to go. :)
ReplyDeleteWow. I'm not even halfway through your number. That's quite an achievement—congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI also prefer Blogger for my public blogs. I have a Facebook account, of course, but that's for RL family and friends. When I study my stats, I feel like I'm keeping an educational blog—for some reason, my blog is up there in the search results when students are researching various Philippine topics. Travel destinations and restaurants are a close second and third. ;)
It is true some bloggers have been seduced by FB and Pinterest. I still prefer to blog but I must admit not as often as I used to. Not enough time in the day for all my interests. Thanks for calling in.
ReplyDeleteKeep on blogging! I enjoy skimming through my favourite blogs, getting to see what's going on in other parts of the world :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the huge number of posts! I think it's interesting that you are taking a minute to track where your visits come from and what posts drew them in. I think I get the most response from my meme participation. I am making wonderful blogger friends.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of blog posts! I'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 3700 posts. I see that #3701 is posted above.
