I'm tired — even more than usual. For one thing, I had physical therapy and it was exhausting. Lynn and her friend Jessica spent the afternoon here helping me with a list of chores, and they entertained the dog while I was gone. Charlie still has separation anxiety and does not do well by himself.

Quite a Day!
This evening my deck got painted. Mr. Dodson worked at another job all day and then came over with his helper and painted. It seems like other people have a lot more energy than I do!
I definitely need to get to bed on time tonight. I guess I need more sleep than I needed when I was younger. Getting old is hard.

We all need help from time to time.
ReplyDeleteIt is great you have all these helpers. Charlie has some great company for the day. Take care, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI'm napping more days than not. We keep on going in whatever ways we can. So glad you had helpers for all those tasks.
ReplyDelete...we all need helpers!
ReplyDeleteGlad to read your post. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteMy dearest Linda, with a companion like your Charlie you're still a girl, such fur babies make us feel like children again, believe me.
ReplyDeleteThe thing is that not all days are the same, we may happen to be more tired according to what we've done.
Take care

It's always good to have a bit of help at times... 😻✨🐾
ReplyDelete"I get by with a little help from my friends." Wonderful to see!
ReplyDeleteIt comes as a bit of a shock to realize we can’t do things like we used to do. It’s a good feeling to know whom we can rely on when we need the extra help.
