Today I had an appointment in Harrisonburg. I didn’t have to wait very long, but I did have time to take a few pictures of their plants.
On the way home, I ran into a construction zone. This turned out to cause a ten-minute wait, so I took a picture of a barn. I never did see exactly what the road crew was doing because I turned off on a side road and took a different route.

i love waiting and do the exact same thing you do!! or i knit...when they call me right in i often feel cheated. what a beautiful red barn!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos. Great post.
ReplyDeleteGood that the construction activity didn’t delay you for too long.
ReplyDelete...nice finds along your way.
ReplyDeleteWherever you had your appointment, they know how to take care of plants. Beautiful, as was the rural scene. Sometimes, detours lead into great photos. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteBeautiful plants and flowers. Happy Friday! Have a great day and a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteGood for you taking a detour around the construction. Waiting rooms have become a place for me to de-stress with solitaire on my phone. There now seems to be a push to get everyone out of the waiting room quickly and then to wait longer in an exam room. Better idea with other patients who might share germs.
ReplyDeleteDetours lead you onto views not expected. What a picturesque farm.
ReplyDeleteA true photoblogger you are, snapping photos left and right. That's why I got almost 100,000 photos in my archives. Masterpieces every single one of them;)
ReplyDeleteI love your barn photo.
