Edinburg, VA
I assume that these structures in the town park are batting cages. They didn’t look quite right to me, but I searched for other images and learned there are a number of different styles.
Edinburg Town Park still shows as Madison District Park on some maps, but the town took over responsibility for it in 2002.
...an interesting look at things.

ReplyDeleteFabulous lines and pattern
ReplyDeleteNice look to them. I wouldn't know, but I supposed if the weave is tighter, like I thought, the balls would bounce back and not just fall. They made for nice photos!
ReplyDeleteThe park sounds like a charming blend of history and community recreation! It's interesting how local landmarks evolve, like the transition from Madison District Park to Edinburg Town Park. The unique batting cage designs add character and a touch of curiosity to the space.
