I liked the way the robin was perched on the rooftop so I took a picture with my cell phone. It is not detailed so here's an older picture that's a close-up.
Also, I want to share with you these deer before I lose track of their pictures. I’ve taken many photos this summer, and I don’t want to forget any special ones.
Interesting and appealing visitors.
ReplyDeleteMaybe explains the occasional disruption to my TV signal. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe deers are looking cute.
ReplyDelete...Virginia deer are different?
ReplyDelete“The white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus), also known commonly as the whitetail and the Virginia deer, is a medium-sized species of deer native to North America, Central America, and South America…” from Wikipedia.
DeleteBirds on the roof line are really neat looking. Sometimes I wonder how they balance on such narrow ledges (not to mention phone wires).
ReplyDeletebest, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
I love seeing robins, and usually they are active getting something out of the ground. And I haven't seen a live deer (nor dead thank heavens) in years. Time to drive out in the woods again!
ReplyDeleteThe deer are bautiful but look skinny.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I have only seen one deer this summer. I need to go up to the Shenandoahs again :)
ReplyDeleteThe deer are quite graceful.
ReplyDeleteThe deer appear to see you but don't look concerned. Nice photos!
ReplyDeletePretty nice backyard visitors! I just realized that I haven't seen any robins since we got back to Oregon -- last year they were here as soon as we were. (Well, I guess they were still here from Spring.) tgoo hot this year and dry I'm sure.
