The Weather Changed.
Yesterday was so warm I sat on the deck and enjoyed the sunshine. I watched a flock
of birds land in a tree. They may have been starlings but I am not sure.
This morning I looked out and viewed a snowy scene. We had strong winds from time to
time so the only time I went outside was to get the mail.
Can
you see a flat bird feeder in the
black and white photo?
I zoomed in on it with my Nikon. A slate-colored junco made itself comfortable in the feeder
and was eating black thistle seeds.

ReplyDeleteOh those poor daffodils! (That used to happen sometimes to ours in Oregon -- only they were beaten down from rain instead of snow. One year, the very day after they first bloomed. That almost made me cry!) The junco is really pretty adorable sitting there in the middle of all that food!!
