Very nice purple blooms! My purple mum had lots of wilted rotted blooms from 4 days of rain, so I took scissors to them yesterday. Today is sunny and maybe more buds will open.
The bottom picture looks like purple asters to me - that's what I would think in New York State, anyway. I have some cultivated purple asters in my yard. Whatever they are, they are pretty. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
