- Mersad has challenged us to show that Summer is Approaching so I've got some outdoor scenes today, starting with these bright lilies in pink and orange.
2. We've had nice weather other than more rain than usual. Already I've started to take the great outdoors for granted! Ah, but this weather won't last so let's take another walk!
Sharing with Weekend Green3. The next scene is from Freezeland Road near Howellsville, VA.

5. And finally, here's what happens when it's too wet to cut the grass: it grows! This empty house is next to a bridge construction zone; I don't know if it's going to be torn down or not. I did see a man trying to cut the grass but he gave up. I heard that his machine couldn't cut it.
Hi Linda, enjoyed the photos very much. Looks like you have been enjoying this lovely weather. Have a great weekend :)

Beautiful images- and quite dramatic skies too!
ReplyDeletePretty summer photos. That tall grass can get out of hand in a very short amount of time during this season.
ReplyDeleteLovely series of photographs, lovely to see all the colour in your first one.
