We didn't get to do any hiking during our short visit to the Breaks. This looks like a great trail for a hike -- preferably when the weather is a little drier than it was for you. The view is wonderful.
The View from Squirrel Ridge features thousands of views of the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding area. I post frequently so please visit often.
