These men were among a group representing "McNeill's Rangers Camp 582" during Heritage Weekend in Moorefield, WV. Another sign said they were with the 18th Virginia Cavalry. (Company E of the 18th Virginia Cavalry was commonly known as McNeill's Rangers.)
