It's been a cold December so far, with snow and icy rain. Here are some pictures from a warmer time, a day in May when we stopped at Shenandoah County Park. It's near the Valley Pike between Maurertown and Toms Brook. When you walk out to the Civil War Trails marker, you can view a farm next door.
