I looked on Amazon and learned that author Marshall William Fishwick
has written many books since then including a few on popular culture which sound interesting.
Speaking of Amazon, I link to various books on their site in hopes of generating some referral fees, but so far I haven't earned enough to get a check. All the books that folks bought were fairly inexpensive. They were linked from my Civil War Field Trips website and were all guides to Civil War sites.
