Yesterday I went for my first physical therapy appointment at Woodstock Rehab and Fitness. Physical Therapist A.J. says I have tendinosis in my right shoulder.
After he examined me by poking and bending my shoulder until it was good and sore, he put ice on it. I got really cold - felt like I was riding in a car with a window open and snow coming down.
We set up several appointments over the next three weeks. The shoulder has hurt for months now so I hope he can help it.
