A few highlights from this month's web work

There are three sites that I update besides my own websites. Here's what's new on them:

• I've been updating the format for MCS R&R, most recently a page on
  How to Protect Yourself From Carbon Monoxide, the #1 cause of poisonings in America.


• The Chemical Reaction Support Group in Maryland plans a program on therapeutic light and sound stimulation.


• Spiritual Singles November events include a poetry group and a Thanksgiving movie called "What's Cooking."
